This Antiquarian LONG OUT OF PRINT auction catalogue lists and describes 602 Lots, MOST of which appear to be illustrated, of an incredible selection of Pre-Columbian, African, Classical, Egytian and Asian Antiquities !

Included are -- vessels (pots, bowls, flasks, storage containers, etc., many figurative), cylinder and other seals, human and animal figures, amulets, fetishes, coins, implements, weapons, oil lamps, textiles, ritual and ancestral figures, Buddhas and other deities, masks, GOLD and other body adornments, erotica, among MANY others!

Cultures / countries of origin include -- Olmec, Colima, Jalisco, Mixtec, Mayan, Costa Rica, Panama, Narino, Chavin, Moche, Huari, Nazca; Baule, Dogon, Bambara, Senufo, Karaja; China, India, Tibet, Luristan, Egypt, Greece, Etruscan, Rome, and MORE!

WOWSERS! I have been interested in these cultural relica, usually called primitive art, since I was a teenager, but have very infrequently run across a reference source as diversified and extremely well-illustrated as this one is, with fabulous archaeological finds, cult items and ancestral artifacts from the world over, as well as a nice selection of ancient coins!

If you think I get super-hyped and overly enthusistic about my online goodies, you are 100% correct! I try to make my item descriptions as exciting and informative as I myself find them, no more, no less -- these subjects have been my main hobbies for over 50 years -- I only wish I had more time for them at this point!

I added a pile of pics to show you the variety of things contained in this unusually well illustrated reference.

If you have already begun your own personal computer interactive relational database of these highly artistic and creative items, I guarantee that you will most certainly find MANY new ones to add to it in this reference, both in fine photos and descriptive details -- as well as their values, which is very important when you might find a treasure at that local country auction or yard sale -- it does happen!

Lavishly illustrated !
