Personal Observations -- WOWSERS !! I am very pleased to be able to offer my online patrons one of several major works by or about Dr. Imannuel Velikovsky, best known for his scientific publications concerning what is usually termed Catastrophism. Check my seller's list every week or so for other related volumes in my stash that I have duplicates of. MANY years ago I had the honor of personally knowing Velikovsky, his wife, Elisheva, and most of his close collaborators -- in my research library I have all of his books, some signed by him, and those about his work, some signed by their respective authors. He lived in Princeton, New Jersey, not far from where I reside, and I visited him several times, always being awed at his insights and pleasant conversations. I consider him among the greatest thinkers / theoreticians of all time, joining the likes of Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Aquinas, Teilhard de Chardin, Steve Wozniac and Steve Jobs. I lectured about his work at several universities and on TV / radio, and presented papers in symposia on Velikovskian Catastrophism.
